Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) and TS Ventures, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your purchase of and participation in the TS Ventures, Inc. Live Training Seminar (“Seminar” or “Digital Product”).
By completing your purchase, registering for the Seminar, clicking any checkbox indicating acceptance, or otherwise accessing the Seminar or its associated materials, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not complete your purchase or access the Seminar.
Your act of purchasing a registration constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, including the No-Refund Policy described in Section 5 and the Live Attendance Requirement described in Section 6.
Product Description & Scope
The TS Ventures, Inc. Live Training Seminar is a digital product delivered as a live, instructor-led online session of approximately sixty (60) minutes in duration. The Seminar is designed to provide working professionals with practical knowledge and skills related to the use of artificial intelligence tools in a professional context.
The standard Seminar includes the following instructional modules:
- An introduction to what artificial intelligence is and how it functions
- A concise history of AI development and its evolution to present-day applications
- Best practices and recommended applications of AI in professional workflows
- Use cases and contexts for which AI is not appropriate or advisable
- Important considerations regarding AI error rates, hallucinations, and output verification
- A live, guided demonstration of how to write an AI skill
The following bonus items are offered as supplementary materials and are subject to the attendance and eligibility conditions described in Section 6:
- Email Inbox Organizer Skill — a ready-to-deploy AI skill for sorting and organizing email
- The Professional’s AI Glossary — a reference document defining 50+ AI terms in plain language
TS Ventures, Inc. reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust the specific content, format, or sequencing of Seminar modules at its sole discretion, provided that the overall scope and educational value of the Seminar are not materially diminished.
Eligibility & Registration
To register for and participate in the Seminar, you must:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration and payment information
- Have access to a compatible device, stable internet connection, and the software or platform required to access the live session
Each registration is for a single named individual and is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, session links, or access tokens with persons who have not purchased a registration is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the session without refund.
Payment & Pricing
The current introductory registration fee for the Seminar is forty-nine United States dollars (USD $49.00) per participant. This pricing is offered on a limited-time, introductory basis and is subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your completed transaction is the price you will be charged.
All fees are stated and charged in US dollars. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or charges imposed by their financial institution. Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received and processed.
The $49 rate is an introductory offer for the initial cohort of registrants. TS Ventures, Inc. reserves the right to increase pricing for future sessions at any time without prior notice. Locking in your registration at the introductory rate applies only to the specific session for which you have registered.
No-Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final — No Refunds Will Be Issued
Due to the digital and live nature of this product, all purchases are final. Once your registration is completed and payment is processed, no refunds, credits, chargebacks, or transfers will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to failure to attend, technical difficulties on the participant’s end, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with content, or any other reason.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- The Seminar is a digital product delivered live, and as such is not eligible for return once access has been granted
- No refund will be issued if you are unable to attend, arrive late, are disconnected, or choose to leave the session early
- No refund will be issued based on dissatisfaction with the content, instructors, pacing, or outcomes of the Seminar
- No refund will be issued if you fail to meet the technical requirements necessary to access the session
- No refund will be issued in the event that your registration is revoked due to a violation of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited recording, sharing of access, or disruptive conduct
- No refund will be issued if bonus items are withheld due to non-compliance with the attendance requirements described in Section 6
TS Ventures, Inc. will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the Seminar as scheduled. In the event that TS Ventures, Inc. cancels a session entirely and is unable to reschedule it within a reasonable timeframe, a session credit (not a cash refund) may be offered at the Company’s sole discretion.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution for any charge that you have authorized under these Terms constitutes a breach of this agreement. TS Ventures, Inc. reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in response to fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks.
Live Attendance Requirement & Bonus Eligibility
The bonus items described in Section 2 — the Email Inbox Organizer Skill and The Professional’s AI Glossary — are provided exclusively to Participants who satisfy the live attendance requirements set forth in this section. Bonus delivery is not automatic and is contingent upon verified, active, in-person participation throughout the live Seminar session.
- Join the live session using their own registered credentials prior to the scheduled start time or within the first five (5) minutes of the session commencing
- Remain actively present and connected for the full duration of the Seminar, or for a minimum of fifty (50) of the sixty (60) scheduled minutes, as verified by the platform’s attendance tracking
- Engage with the session directly and personally, without the use of automated, scripted, or third-party tools designed to simulate or substitute for live attendance
- Comply with all conduct and recording prohibitions described in Section 7
TS Ventures, Inc. reserves the right to verify attendance through platform analytics, session data, engagement signals, and any other means available. Participation that cannot be verified as genuine and live — including but not limited to connections that show no engagement activity, automated browser sessions, or bot-simulated attendance — will be treated as non-attendance for purposes of bonus eligibility.
Failure to satisfy all attendance requirements, for any reason, results in automatic forfeiture of the bonus items. Forfeiture of bonuses does not entitle the Participant to any refund, partial credit, or alternative compensation. Bonuses will not be retroactively awarded after the session ends.
Recording & Automated Access Prohibition
The Seminar and all associated content are proprietary and protected under applicable intellectual property law. To preserve the integrity of the live experience, protect TS Ventures, Inc.’s content, and ensure fairness to all registered Participants, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Recording the Seminar in whole or in part by any means, including screen recording software, video capture tools, audio recording applications, or any hardware device
- Using automated browser extensions, bots, scripts, macros, or any other software designed to simulate attendance, capture session content, or substitute for live human participation
- Accessing the session through a third-party recording service, virtual meeting recorder, or AI-powered note-taking tool that operates by joining the session as a participant without disclosure
- Streaming, rebroadcasting, or transmitting the session or any portion thereof to individuals who have not registered and paid for their own access
- Sharing, distributing, uploading, publishing, or reproducing any portion of the Seminar content in any medium without the express prior written consent of TS Ventures, Inc.
Automated Recording Tools Invalidate Bonus Eligibility
The use of any automated recording tool, virtual recorder, AI-assisted capture application, or bot-based attendance proxy — regardless of whether the Participant is also personally present — constitutes a violation of these Terms and results in immediate and permanent forfeiture of all bonus items. This forfeiture is automatic and non-negotiable, and does not entitle the Participant to any refund or substitute benefit. TS Ventures, Inc.’s determination that such tools were used shall be final.
Detection of any prohibited recording or automated access activity may result in one or more of the following actions at TS Ventures, Inc.’s sole discretion:
- Immediate removal of the Participant from the live session without refund
- Permanent forfeiture of all bonus items
- Revocation of any future access or registration privileges
- Notification to the Participant’s employer or institution if the activity constitutes a breach of applicable professional conduct standards
- Legal action for copyright infringement, breach of contract, or other applicable claims
Participants are welcome to take written personal notes during the Seminar for their own non-commercial use. The prohibition applies to mechanical, automated, or software-based recording and capture methods only.
Intellectual Property
All content presented during the Seminar, including but not limited to slide decks, demonstrations, scripts, instructional materials, the Email Inbox Organizer Skill, and The Professional’s AI Glossary, is the exclusive intellectual property of TS Ventures, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.
Upon registration and payment, Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Seminar content and bonus materials solely for their own personal, non-commercial professional development. This license does not permit reproduction, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation of any kind.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by TS Ventures, Inc.
Acceptable Use & Conduct
Participants agree to engage with the Seminar in a professional and respectful manner. The following conduct is prohibited during the session:
- Harassing, threatening, or demeaning other participants or instructors
- Posting spam, promotional material, or irrelevant content in chat or Q&A features
- Disrupting the session through repeated off-topic interruptions or technical interference
- Misrepresenting your identity or credentials
- Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law
TS Ventures, Inc. reserves the right to remove any Participant from the session for conduct violations at its sole discretion, without refund.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Seminar and all associated materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TS Ventures, Inc. does not warrant that the Seminar will meet your specific professional objectives, that the content will be error-free, or that the session will be uninterrupted.
Results from applying AI tools and techniques discussed in the Seminar will vary based on individual effort, existing knowledge, professional context, and the tools and platforms used. TS Ventures, Inc. makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, productivity gains, or professional results from attending the Seminar.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TS Ventures, Inc. and its affiliates, instructors, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to your participation in or inability to participate in the Seminar, regardless of the cause of action and whether or not TS Ventures, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall TS Ventures, Inc.’s total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms exceed the amount you paid for your Seminar registration.
Privacy & Data
By registering for the Seminar, you consent to the collection and use of your registration information (name, email address, and payment data) for the purposes of processing your purchase, delivering Seminar access, and communicating with you about your registration and future offerings from TS Ventures, Inc.
TS Ventures, Inc. will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Attendance and engagement data may be collected during the live session solely for the purpose of verifying bonus eligibility as described in Section 6. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors subject to their own privacy and security policies.
You may opt out of future marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in any email communication from TS Ventures, Inc.
Modifications to Terms
TS Ventures, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the TS Ventures, Inc. website. Participants who have already completed their purchase will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of their transaction, except where updates are required by applicable law.
Continued access to the Seminar or any associated materials following a modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions govern all registrations completed on or after the effective date listed above. By purchasing a registration you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein, including the no-refund policy, the live attendance requirement, and the prohibition on automated recording tools.
